Mangalore,August 18: In Association with the District ruling body and Agricultural department, ”Laksha Vriksha” program was organized at Kadri Park Mangalore, on Monday. The District in charge minister Ramanath Rai was invited as the chief guest of the program and the program was inaugurated by planting tree.
Prior to the program, the in charge minister accepted the guard of honor given by the Police Department.Vidhan parishat member Ivon D’Souza, Mayor Mahabala Marla, Minister J.R. Lobo planted trees in the park and there by inaugurated the program.
Inner wheeled Club and nature loving association’s leaders and members took part in this program. Students of various schools and colleges had participated in this function.
