Mangalore: Gautham Agarwal- Director of National Consumer Fair addressing the media persons during the press meet held at Mangalore Press Club said, ” India’s largest shopping and Amusement Exhibition the ” National Consumer Fair” will be a thrilling and full of excitement since we are introducing for the first time in Mangalore the ‘ Snow World’, which was a big hit at our Fair at Chennai. Adults and kids will love this new amusement, along with nearly 20 other amusement rides. We have been organizing this Fair for the last three decades. Special attraction will be the Aqua Show, Birds Show and Laughing House”. Sachindranath-event organizer and Manjunath-“Nisarga”- the media coordinator were also present on the dais.
The Fair will be inaugurated on Saturday, 6 September 2014 at 6pm by Minister B Ramanath Rai, while Ministers U T Khader, K Abhayachnadra Jain, MLA J R Lobo, MLC Ivan D’Souza and MCC Mayor Mahabala Marla will be the guests of honor. The Chairman of the Fair- A K Nayar, Director- Gautham Agarwal and Manager- Basheer has cordially invited the citizens to grace the occasion.
National Consumer Fair is being organized by NCF, a pioneer in organizing Exhibitions and Trade Fairs across India for over three decades now. This VIIth NCF is considered as India’s Biggest and Complete Family Shopping and Amusement Exhibition, with over 100 stalls offering huge discounts, including Automobiles, Kitchen Appliances, Solar Products, Handlooms and Handicrafts, Dress Materials, Footwear, Health and Fitness, Toys, Stationary, Food products and much more items from all over India.
There are over 20 amusement rides including Caterpillar Ride, Artificial Boating, Break dance, Dragon Train, Italian Tora, Jumping Frog, Dashing Car, Titanic, Merry Columbus and many more. The Fair also features a Large Boating Pool for the visitors, Children’ Boating Pool, also latest amusement rides from Europe like Dragon Slide, Country Car, Battery Car etc etc; And if you are quite adventurous, get on the Rodeo Bull, Gyroscope and many more. National Consumer Fair will run for nearly 45-50 days at Karavali Utsav Grounds, Near Mangala Stadium-Timings are from 4pm- 9pm- Entry by tickets only – General admission fare Rs 40, children below 3 years admitted free. Major credit cards are also accepted. Special concession rates for students and also special package tickets will be made available. There is ample space for vehicles parking.
