Mangaluru, 24 Aug 2015: The town block Congress Committee led by Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo organized a free health checkup camp in collaboration with KMC Hospital, A J Hosptial and Red Cross blood bank, at Nalyapadav Government School, Shaktinagar, here on Sunday August 23.
MLA Lobo after inaugurating the health checkup camp said that free health checkup camps will be held in each ward of Mangaluru south constituency, in order to strengthen the party on grassroot level. Such camps were already held in Capitanio, Mangaladevi and Kudroli and peoples response was overwhelming. The peoples interactive meet and free health camps will be held in each ward of every month, said MLA Lobo.
The deputy mayor Mahabala Marla, corporator Akhila Alva and Zubaida Aziz, town block Congress president Vishwasdas, Congressmen Prabhakar Shriyan, Aziz, T K Sudhir, Alwyn Pais, Aslam Bunder, Ramanand Poojary, Ganesh Gujaran, Sunit D’Sa, Anand, Ramesh Nayak, Yashawant, Denis D’Silva, Shekar Poojary, Padavu Priends Circle president Ravindra, heads of Pragati Co-operative Society were present.
