Mangalore, May 25:‘Adonia’, the much awaited luxury apartment project of Land Trades Builders & Developers was inaugurated on Sunday, 25th May 2014. Sri Nalin Kumar Kateel, the Member of Parliament, inaugurated the building at 12:15 p.m.; Sri Ashok Kumar D.K. Corporator, Mangalore City Corporation was the Chief Guest and Sri J.R. Lobo, Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly presided over the function.
The religious rituals were performed by Janardha Bhat Nandikoor of Nandikoor Sri Duragaparameshwari Temple. Fr John Baptist Moras, Asst Parish Priest, Bendoor Church lead the prayer service.
A Formal stage program was organized in the venue, to officially launch the ‘Adonia’ inaugurated, by lighting the auspicious lamp. All the dignitaries including A J Shetty, Chairman, AJ Groups of institutions and Shreenath Hebbar, MD, Land Trades were also present on the dais.
On his inaugural address, Nalin Kumar Kateel congratulated Sreenath Hebbar and the whole team of Land Trades for this beautiful project. He urged the builders and the CREDAI to look into social infrastructures for the beautification of the city and to help in the development of the surrounding.
A scientifically planning is needed, so as to develop the city in a higher note, he added.
On his presidential address, J R Lobo said the population in Mangalore City is comparatively low, but the apartments are growing here. All must join hands and take active participation for the improvement of Roads, Underground drainage, drinking water and other basic facilities.
More and more of investments must flow in and business and industry must come up in Mangalore, so as to help in the coming days to come.
