Mangalore, Jan 2: “Alexandria”, a project promoted by Menorah Realties Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, was officially launched at Light House Hill, near St Aloysius College here on Thursday, January 2.
The project was launched by MLA J R Lobo, corporator Vinay Raj AC, land owner Dheeraj Amin, MD, Northern Sky Properties, project owner David Ashtamkar and project in-charge Sharon Ashtamkar.
Sales and marketing head Yajnesh Rao, project manager Ashwin and others were present on the occasion.
The foundation of the project was laid in May 2013. The work is in progress and the project will be completed by June 2016. The official launch of the project was held on January 2 so that customers and clients could have a look at the project quality and get an actual idea about the project, said David.
J R Lobo conveyed his best wishes to the project and hoped for the success of its prime project, which is also its first in Mangalore, as it is a Mumbai-based firm.
Hafeez Contractor from Mumbai is the architect of the project. Roy and Shenoy are the structural consultants, while Shradha Designtech, Bangalore is the MEP Consultant.
The firm also has the heritage of constructing well-known and top projects in Mumbai, including the design and construction of the bungalow of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
