Mangalore, 5th April, ’14 : Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh (Reg) will organize Mangalore Diocese level Brahath Convention at Thokkuttu, Permananur St. Sebastian Church campus on Sunday, 6th April, 2014.Diocese level around 6,000 volunteers of around 110 church units of Catholic Sabha are expected to participate during the huge convention.
The program of the day start with huge rally from Thokkuttu Railway bridge at 8.30am to St. Sebastian Church campus followed by mass at 9.15am. The convention to be inaugurated at 10.30 which Ronald Colaco NRI Entrepreneur will inaugurate.
During the occasion M.P. Noronha Diocese Political Committee Convener will give keynote address. State Home Minister K. J George, Health Minister U. T. Kader, J. R. Lobo MLA, Rev Fr. J. B. Crasta Spiritual Director oc Catholic Sabha Central Committee, Rev Fr. Gregory D’Souza Vicar Vara of Mangalore South and Rev Fr. J. B. Saldanha of Permannur Church are the guests. Nigel Periera President of Catholic Sabha Central committeewill preside.
Meanwhile the convention which clashed with one more huge Convention of International Catholic Entrepreneurs’ & Traders “ Magnet – 2014” to be organized by Rachana Catholic Chamber of Commerce and Industry , Mangalore on Sunday, 6th April, 2014.
The convention to be started from 9.30am to 8pm at Dr. T. M. A. Pai International Convention Centre Mangalore which more than 700 persons will participate as per the press meet by Walter D’Souza of Working Committee President. During the occasion former President of Delhi Chamber of Commerce & Industry Richard Saldahna will give keynote address. Most Rev Dr. Aloysious Paul D’Souza Bishop of Mangalore Diocese will inaugurate the convention.
