Mangalore, May 5: Presidency Homes and Infrastructure Private Ltd founded by Hyder Ali K, which happens to be one of the leading builders in the city, has undertaken a project to build ‘Presidency Lifestyle’ luxury residential complex at Jappinamogaru in the city.

Foundation stone for this complex was laid on Saturday, May 3. Mangalore Qazi, Twaka Ahmed Musliyar, performed Dua in this connection.

MLA, J R Lobo, speaking on the occasion, hailed the role of CREDAI and other construction companies for  their valuable contributions towards achieving the all-round growth of the city.

Muslim Central Committee president, M S Masood, city corporators, J Surendra and Shashidhar Hegde, in-charge president of Dakshina Kannada district Congress Committee, Ibrahim Kodijal, Wakf president, Rasheed Haji, All India Congress Committee member, P V Mohan, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee member, Ivan D’Souza, P C M Kunhi, and several other dignitaries were present.

This residential complex, spread over three blocks of multi-storied buildings, will come up in a spacious eight-acre plot. The complex will be equipped with modern facilities. The buildings will be of latest design and architecture, with special attractions and unique and modern equipments. Facilities like swimming pools, Yoga and meditation centres, garden, generator backup, reticulated gas connection, 24-hour security, restaurant, ATM, gym, shopping arcade, CCTV camera, separate parking lot for visitors, and other facilities will be the hallmarks of this complex. The apartments will range from one bedroom to four bedrooms, and their prices will start from Rs 18 lac, the company stated.
