Mangaluru, Nov 30: ‘Aadheesh Avenue’ commercial complex, a project of Land Trades, was inaugurated at MG Road, adjacent to Besant Women’s College here on Sunday November 30.
J R Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South inaugurated the complex by cutting the ribbon and by lighting of lamp along with mayor Mahabala Maarla.
Addressing the gathering, J R Lobo said, “The beauty of MG Road has become enhanced by this building. Beautiful buildings enhance the beauty of the city. This may be business to Shrinath Hebbar (proprietor of Land Trades) but it has immensely contributed to the growth of the city. All the buildings by Land Trades are completed on time with no compromise with quality. I wish all the success to Land Trades and all who will occupy the building.”
Mayor Mahabala Maarla said, “Mangaluru is growing faster than Bangalore. In ten years Mangaluru will be a fully developed city. Land Trades has contributed a lot to the city’s growth. I wish all success for the future endeavours of Land Trades.”
K Shrinath Hebbar, proprietor of Land Trades said, “Aadheesh Avenue is a six-storey structure, with parking facility in two basement floors, commercial space and parking on the ground floor also. The three upper floors house offices ideally suited for businesses and as consultation chambers for professionals like advocates, chartered accountants and doctors. All the commercial spaces in Aadheesh Avenue are sold out. I am very touched by the popularity and trust that people have reposed in Land Trades.
“The commercial complex has all mandatory safety and security systems and the building is equipped with the best fire fighting systems. There are two automatic lifts, continuous power and water supply. With spacious parking facilities, Aadheesh Avenue will certainly be a favourite commercial complex of the city,” says Hebbar.
