Mangaluru, 30 Jul 2015: MLA J R Lobo laid the foundation for concreting road nearby Jeppu Market that comes under the municipal ward of Bolar, @ Rs 38 lac under SFC Fund, here recently.
Addressing the media persons, MLA Lobo said all the main roads in city will be concreted in stages, besides footpaths will be laid in other roads once the tender process is over. The work on storm water drains and footpath is underway from Shivabagh to Bendorewell, said MLA Lobo.
The mayor Jacinta Alfred, corporator Ratikala, Premanand Shetty, Congress leaders Suresh Shetty, T K Sudhir, Ramanand Bolar, Durgaprasad, Namita Rao, Benet D’Mello, Harish Kumble, Shafi Ahmed, municipal officer Ravishanker, Pratima and others were present.
