Mangaluru, 2 Apr 2015: MLA J R Lobo and Deputy Commissioner A B Ibrahim here on Thursday April 2, reviewed the progress of the construction of new Lady Goschen Hospital here.
The building contractor – Sri Krishna Shelters had stopped the construction of new building, for not clearing the dues.
MLA Lobo and DC sorted out the issue talking to all the stake holders. MLA directed the contractors to resume the work from Monday April 6, to which the contractor agreed.
Meanwhile, he asked the MRPL representatives and Nirmiti Kendra to clear the outstanding bills of Rs 35 lac.
MLA Lobo also asked DC to convene a fortnightly review meeting with all stake holders.
