In foriegn countries people wait for months to get appointment with the doctors. We have to concentrate on small nations which spend plenty of money for treatment. We have to promote health tourism, so that Mangaluru becomes a health hub in the near future.”

“Prevention is always better than cure, but despite prevention there is sickness, we should have the best hospitals to cure it. The doctors must cultivate efficiency and commitement in the profession which is the need of the hour. I am ready to render all the support from my side for the growth of heathcare in the city.”
MLA J R Lobo said, “Mangaluru has plenty of health facilities and other amenities for a population that is less than five lacs. We have to promote health tourism in the coming days. In India we have better facilities at lesser costs. We have to work towards making Mangaluru a health hub in future, just like how Bengaluru is the IT hub. I wish all success to Falnir Health Centre. Let it become a role model for others.”
