Mangalore: Shree Surya Narayana Temple, Maroli-Mangalore felicitated MLA JR Lobo for being appointed as the Chairman of Legislative Committee on the Welfare of Backward Classes and Minorities, Karnataka.
After inspecting the ongoing construction work of temple, which is coming up at an estimated cost of Rs 16 crore, MLA presided over the temple development committee meeting held in its premises.
Corporater Keshav Maroli, Tahashildar Shivshankarappa, MCC officers and members of temple committee were present.
